1. Contract type This type of mold is the most primitive type of mold made by Huangyan, that is, some plastic mold manufacturers first receive the order, and then quote the master who makes the mold, so that they are fully responsible for the manufacture of the mold. From receiving the order to the delivery of the mold, the intermediate manufacturer does not participate in the mold manufacturing process, unless the customer wants to make changes to the mold, the manufacturer will negotiate with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is only responsible for the final product inspection process of the mold and the mold inspection before the mold is shipped. Disadvantages of this type of mold: the extension of the processing cycle of the mold, the reduction of the life of the mold, the quality and accuracy cannot be guaranteed, but it is easy to manage for the enterprise. To reduce costs, at the same time, there is no guarantee for the processing time, processing accuracy and material selection of the mold, which is why the Huangyan mold industry mainly focuses on medium and low-grade molds. 2. Semi-contracted Since some Auto mold factories have not yet reached a certain scale, after receiving the order, because their own processing equipment cannot provide mold processing, part of the material cost or processing cost of the mold manufacturing process is provided by the manufacturer first, and the manufacturer It will also provide the structural diagram or 3D data of the mold, and then make a quotation to the master who makes the mold. In the manufacturing process, the manufacturer will also track the progress of the mold processing from time to time, and also inspect the product after the mold trial and the inspection before the mold is shipped. This method is slightly better than the above, but it also has its shortcomings. Huangyan's molds are currently based on this type. The advantages of this type of pallet mold: it can ensure the processing progress of the mold, and the life of the mold can also meet the customer's requirements. The main reason is that in the process of making the mold, the mold maker does not have to worry about saving materials or processing costs, as long as the adjustment of the mold processing time and quality assurance are considered. Disadvantages: Accuracy and quality often fail to meet customer requirements. Due to the failure of the manufacturer to provide good equipment, some processing can only be performed externally, and the external processing is too fast. Therefore, the processing accuracy and quality are ignored, which will bring some unnecessary troubles to the subsequent mold manufacturing process. . Although such molds are also easy to manage, there is no company in Huangyan that can manage them well, and it is normal that the time and quality often fail to meet the requirements. 3. Individual type In addition to the above, there is another type of mold manufacturing in Huangyan. They do not go through home appliance mold manufacturers but self-employed directly to make molds. One advantage of this type is that the price of the mold is relatively cheap, the time can be guaranteed, and the quality is the same as the semi-contracted type. But this kind of for customers, there is no certain security, usually carried out by acquaintances. For the above types, customers should choose different manufacturers according to the cost, life, cycle and quality of their own molds, so as to reduce the cost of the mold, improve the quality of the mold, and shorten the mold cycle. 4. Self-produced This category is for mold manufacturers with a certain scale. They have a complete set of equipment for making molds and are fully capable of self-production. From mold design to mold manufacturing, and mold shipments are all solved in the factory. . Therefore, no matter from the mold manufacturing cycle, the life, precision and quality of the mold can be guaranteed. At present, there are very few such enterprises in Huangyan, and the price of molds is also quite high. Therefore, the customers are mainly domestic large enterprises or well-known foreign enterprises.
